UPS GROUND: 2 – 5 business days.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: USPS - Priority Mail Express is on request
Overnight delivery is not available except on request. Please note in your order that you would like to request and expedited delivery. If your order can be expedited, you will receive an email with a notification of the additional charges. Once expedited delivery charges have been paid, your package will be shipped, and you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS International Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days
Standard shipping is via United States Postal Service.
The estimated time is 6-10 business days from the shipping date. However, some packages have been known to take longer depending on your location.
DHL International Express Shipping: 2 – 3 business days
Express shipping is via DHL Worldwide Express.
The estimated time is 2 – 3 business days from the shipping date. This is not a guaranteed delivery.

Special Flat Rates for international customers are calculated by order total as follows:
Flat Rate International
$15 for orders under $200*
Your package will be sent via USPS Standard shipping.
$15 for orders between $200 - $1000.00*
Your package will be sent DHL Worldwide Express.
FREE SHIPPING - for orders over $1000*
Your package will be sent DHL Worldwide Express
*$15 shipping is based on qualified locations. Remote locations may have extra charges which will be advised prior to shipping.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding US holidays. Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order.
- Because jewelry is handmade, often times the bracelet or necklace is made to order if the item is not in stock. Production time for items not in stock is typically 1 - 3 business days. You will be kept up to date on your order and it will be shipped as soon as it is complete.
- Packages are shipped the same day if item is in stock and purchased prior to 11am est. After 11 am packages are shipped next business day if item is in stock.
- Once your order has been shipped, we'll e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
- Delivery time varies depending on the destination and the local carrier, but you will receive a tracking number to track your package every step of the way.
- The estimated shipping time is calculated by the carrier from the day the package is shipped. Holidays are not included in shipping estimate.
- There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correctly entered, and that your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package.
- We are not able to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes.
- Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.
- If your package never showed up, please contact the delivery company used to resolve this issue.
